Turning out of our unit is already almost impossible

There are several townhouse units along vedder, with single lane traffic its already difficult to turn out. I cant even imagine how difficult it will be to turn when it's a double lane and there's twice as many homes and stores along vedder. Right now I have to turn right and drive through 3 school zones because I can't turn left. Traffic density is not being properly accounted for along promontory and vedder and Keith Wilson. It's like I moved to Chilliwack and 5 years later I woke up living in Surrey.
