Separate enclave

I love how the Garrison walking enclave is separated from the busy traffic of Vedder/Keith Wilson and would like to see something similar for "south Vedder". Unfortunately, Garrison has already become too congested...too much packed into not enough space and perhaps that can be avoided in new plans. Other big mistake...the Vedder roundabout should have been 2 lanes! to match the new doubled lanes going in on Vedder Road, allowing traffic going up Chwk Lake road to be separated from Cultus traffic.
