Time to start thinking higher and save land!

Chilliwack is no longer just a small town. People have discovered Chilliwack and are moving from all over the Lower Mainland. It's obvious we are running out of land and I'm surprised when we don't see higher buildings going up. Why are we still building just 3 story townhouses in these popular areas instead of going higher?? Once these townhouses are built we can't access that land for future higher density development for nearly 100 years! I say go higher and increase the access to transit and walkability. Vedder has tremendous walkability potential!
