Curbside Mixed Recycling Survey

Contamination rates in the City of Chilliwack’s curbside mixed recycling are significantly higher than the provincial average. The City of Chilliwack in combination with a graduate student from the University of Northern British Columbia are conducting research on how people interact with the curbside mixed recycling program within the City of Chilliwack. This research is intended to identify potential methods for the City of Chilliwack to reduce curbside recycling contamination moving forward.
